12-Month Manufacturing Warranty

Your piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This warranty is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights. Normal wear, accidental damage, and the gradual wear of plated finishes are not manufacturing defects.

30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Eligible items must be unworn and unaltered, with their original tags, protective seals, packaging, and supplied accessories intact. Some personalized items and hygiene-sealed products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Your rights if an item is defective or incorrect remain available.

Contact customer service with your order number to receive return instructions. Return shipping may be your responsibility for a voluntary return, unless applicable law or the circumstances require otherwise. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
