Limited Manufacturing Warranty

ACCENZY provides a 12-month limited commercial warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date, unless a product page expressly provides a longer period. This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

What Is Covered

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that were present at delivery or become apparent during normal use within the warranty period. Examples may include a defective clasp, an improperly secured component, or a structural manufacturing fault.

What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, impact, bending, chain breakage caused by pulling, misuse, loss, theft, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, water damage where the product is not represented as water-resistant, unauthorized repair or modification, and the natural fading or wear of plated finishes are not manufacturing defects.

Gold-Plated and Rhodium-Plated Pieces

Plated jewelry has a surface finish that can gradually wear depending on skin chemistry, frequency of use, friction, moisture and exposure to cosmetics or chemicals. Product pages must accurately state the base metal and plating specification. A plated product must never be described as solid gold unless it is in fact solid gold.

Stone and Material Descriptions

ACCENZY describes metals, stones and finishes according to the information verified for each product. Laboratory-created stones, cubic zirconia, natural gemstones, treated stones and imitation materials must be identified accurately on the product page. Product-specific specifications take precedence over general care guidance.

Care Recommendations

Store jewelry separately in a dry place. Wipe pieces gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after wear. Avoid perfumes, lotions, household chemicals and abrasive cleaners. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, sleeping, exercise or other activities likely to expose the piece to moisture, impact or friction. Follow any product-specific care instructions provided with the item.

Warranty Claims

To request assessment, contact ACCENZY customer service at +90 554 141 53 05 with the order number, description of the issue and clear photographs if possible. We may request the product for inspection. If the claim is covered, ACCENZY may repair, replace or refund the item as appropriate. If the issue is outside warranty coverage, we may offer a paid repair option where available.

Lifetime Care

“Lifetime Care” means that customers may contact ACCENZY for product-care guidance for as long as they own the item. It does not mean a lifetime free-repair or replacement warranty.
