5. Review and Correct Information

Before the order is submitted, the customer can go back and correct product selections, quantities, contact information, address and other editable fields. The site must provide a clear order summary immediately before payment.

6. Read the Required Information

Before payment, the customer must be able to access the Pre-Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Notice and other legally required information. Acceptance checkboxes must not be pre-selected.

7. Complete Payment

Payment is completed through the approved bank/payment provider. The customer may be asked to complete 3D Secure or another authentication step. ACCENZY should not store the customer’s full card number or CVV.

8. Order Confirmation

After successful submission, the site will display an order confirmation and send confirmation by email or another durable method. The confirmation should include the order number and material order information.

9. Contract Storage and Access

ACCENZY stores the electronic transaction and contract records for at least three years where required by Turkish e-commerce/distance-sales rules. The customer should receive a copy of the relevant order/contract information by email or be provided another durable means of access.

10. Dispatch and Tracking

When the order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent where available. Shipping status can then be followed through the carrier.

11. Cancellation, Return or Complaint

Customers may contact ACCENZY customer service at +90 554 141 53 05 for cancellation, return, delivery or product concerns. Applicable statutory withdrawal rights and ACCENZY’s voluntary return policy are described on the Returns & Refunds page.
