Our Return Window

In addition to any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law, ACCENZY voluntarily accepts eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. This voluntary policy does not reduce any mandatory statutory rights.

Return Condition

Returned items must be unused, unworn and unaltered, with any original tags, protective seals and product packaging intact. The item must be returned with any accessories or documents supplied with it. We may reduce a voluntary refund where an item has been used or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, to the extent permitted by law.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

Personalized, engraved or made-to-order items cannot normally be returned for change-of-mind reasons. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings or similar products may be excluded from return after a protective hygiene seal or package has been opened, where permitted by applicable law. Defective, incorrect or misdescribed products remain subject to the customer’s mandatory legal rights.

How to Start a Return

Contact ACCENZY customer service at +90 554 141 53 05 and provide the order number, item(s) to be returned and reason for the request. We will issue return instructions and, where applicable, the designated return carrier or label. Do not send an item to an address not provided in our return authorization.

Return Shipping

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, return shipping will be handled in accordance with the mandatory rules applicable to that transaction. For returns accepted only under ACCENZY’s voluntary 30-day policy after any mandatory period has expired, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective, incorrect or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where Turkish distance-sales rules apply, refunds subject to the statutory withdrawal right are processed within the legally required period after the relevant return/shipping condition is satisfied. Once ACCENZY issues a refund, the customer’s bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Original Shipping Charges

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by mandatory law. Under ACCENZY’s voluntary return policy, premium or express shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was defective, incorrect, not delivered as promised, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Wrong, Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us promptly. Photographs may help us resolve the matter faster but do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where a claim is valid, ACCENZY will provide an appropriate remedy such as replacement, repair or refund, and will bear required return costs.

Exchanges

If an exchange is available, it will depend on stock. The fastest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order. We will not promise an exchange until stock has been confirmed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first if you believe a transaction or refund is incorrect. This does not affect any lawful right to dispute a card transaction with your card issuer.
