Order Processing

Orders are reviewed after payment authorization and are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during peak periods may require additional processing time. If a product page states a different processing time, the product-specific information will apply.

Delivery Areas

At launch, ACCENZY primarily serves customers in the United States. Availability for other destinations, if any, will be shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order where delivery cannot be completed reliably or lawfully to the selected destination.

Estimated U.S. Delivery

For standard deliveries within the United States, estimated carrier transit time is generally 3–8 business days after dispatch. Faster services may be offered at checkout where available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly state otherwise.

Shipping Charges

Any shipping charge will be displayed before the customer confirms payment. Promotional free-shipping offers, if available, are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking number or tracking link will be sent to the email address associated with the order after dispatch. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.

Delays

We only advertise a dispatch or delivery timeframe when we have a reasonable basis to expect that it can be met. If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will contact the customer with an updated timeframe and, where required by applicable law, provide the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Lost, Damaged or Misdelivered Parcels

GAYA remains responsible for the shipment until delivery to the customer or another person designated by the customer, subject to applicable law. If a parcel is lost or arrives visibly damaged, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel and product. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the legally appropriate replacement, repair, refund or other remedy.

Taxes and Import Charges

For U.S. orders fulfilled from inventory already located in the United States, customers will not normally be asked to pay import duty at delivery. Applicable sales tax, if any, will be calculated or disclosed at checkout. For any destination shipped internationally, local import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
