1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction or are acting with the authorization of a person who is. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access or use automated methods in a way that harms the service.
3. Product Information
We aim to describe each product accurately, including material, plating, stone type, dimensions and other relevant characteristics. Product photography may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings and natural or manufacturing variations. Material, stone, origin, weight and quality claims will be based on information verified for the specific product. If a product page contains an obvious error, we may correct it before accepting or dispatching the order and will contact the customer where the correction materially affects the purchase.
4. Prices and Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the site. For the U.S. storefront, prices are intended to be displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before final order confirmation. Currency conversion charges imposed by a customer’s bank or card issuer are outside ACCENZY’s control.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not prevent us from performing fraud, payment, stock or legal checks. A sale is accepted when we confirm acceptance/dispatch or otherwise communicate that the order has been accepted, subject to mandatory consumer law. We may decline an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, delivery restrictions, pricing error or legal/compliance requirements.
6. Payment
Payment is processed through the bank or authorized payment provider available at checkout. Customers must use a payment method they are authorized to use. ACCENZY should not store full card numbers or CVV; sensitive payment credentials are handled through the approved payment infrastructure.
7. Delivery
Delivery is governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy displayed on the site. Any promised shipping timeframe must have a reasonable operational basis. If shipment is materially delayed, we will provide the customer with the options required by applicable law.
8. Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds page and any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
9. Warranty and Product Care
Commercial warranty terms and care guidance are described on the Warranty & Care page and may be supplemented by product-specific instructions. Normal wear of plated finishes is not, by itself, a manufacturing defect.
10. Intellectual Property
ACCENZY names, logos, photographs, designs, text, graphics and other site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission, except where law expressly permits.
11. Reviews and User Content
If the site allows reviews, photographs or other user content, the customer must have the right to submit that content and must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive material. By submitting content for publication, the customer grants GAYA a non-exclusive license to display and use it for operating and promoting ACCENZY, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.
12. Website Availability
We may maintain, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the site for security, maintenance or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, but interruptions do not affect orders or consumer rights already accrued.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory liability for defective goods, fraud, willful misconduct or other non-excludable obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAYA is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction.
14. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer’s country or state of residence. Where Turkish consumer law applies, statutory complaint and dispute-resolution routes remain available. Nothing in these Terms forces a consumer to waive a mandatory forum or remedy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future use of the site. The version applicable to an order is the version made available to the customer when that order is placed.
