2. Subject
This Distance Sales Agreement governs the online sale and delivery of the goods selected by the Customer on accenzy.com. The product-specific characteristics, price, tax, delivery charge and order total shown in the checkout summary form an integral part of this Agreement.

4. Pre-Contract Information
Before payment, the Customer is provided with the essential characteristics of the goods, Seller identity/contact information, total price including applicable taxes, delivery and other charges, payment and delivery arrangements, return/withdrawal information, complaint routes, and this Agreement. The Customer can review and correct order information before confirming payment.
5. Payment
Payment is collected through the bank or authorized payment provider displayed at checkout. The order is not considered successfully paid until payment authorization is received. The Seller may perform reasonable fraud and compliance checks before dispatch.
6. Delivery
The Seller will perform the order within the timeframe stated at checkout and applicable mandatory law. Unless a longer period is lawfully agreed for personalized goods, Turkish distance-sales rules require delivery of goods within the statutory maximum period where those rules apply. Risk of loss or damage remains with the Seller until delivery to the Customer or a person designated by the Customer, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the Customer may exercise it within the applicable legal period without giving a reason and without a penalty. ACCENZY also offers the voluntary return policy described on the Returns & Refunds page. The Customer must notify the Seller through the contact channel provided and follow the return instructions. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within the legally required period after the applicable conditions are met.
8. Exceptions to Withdrawal
Mandatory-law exceptions may apply, including goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized; certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons after the protective seal is opened; and other categories expressly excluded by applicable law. Any exception will be applied narrowly and will not affect rights relating to defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
9. Defective Goods
Mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are not limited by this Agreement. If the goods are defective, incorrect or materially different from the agreed description, the Customer may contact ACCENZY to request the remedy available under applicable law.
10. Records
The Seller retains transaction, pre-information, order, delivery, withdrawal and related records for at least the statutory retention period. The version accepted by the Customer must be stored electronically with the order record.
11. Complaints and Disputes
Customers should first contact ACCENZY so that complaints can be investigated promptly. Where Turkish consumer law applies, the Customer may use the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or, where applicable and after any mandatory mediation requirement, the Consumer Court. Mandatory rights or forums available under another applicable consumer law are not waived.
12. Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed by Turkish law to the extent legally permitted, without depriving the Customer of mandatory consumer protections applicable in the Customer’s place of residence.
13. Acceptance
By placing the order after being presented with the required pre-contract information and this Agreement, the Customer confirms that the order details have been reviewed and that the Agreement has been accepted electronically.
